Conference rooms and shared spaces get their own attention. Kitchenettes and break rooms are the most complained-about space in any office: counters and sinks, appliance exteriors, the inside of the microwave, coffee station cleanup, and trash pulled every visit so nothing sits overnight. Refrigerator interiors get scheduled on a cycle you choose, usually monthly.

Restrooms and high-touch disinfection carry the health load. Fixtures, partitions, dispensers, mirrors, and floors are cleaned to the corners rather than mopped in a circle, and we keep paper, soap, and liners stocked so nobody in your office is buying toilet paper on a Tuesday. Through cold and flu season we increase attention on door handles, light switches, elevator and suite entry buttons, railings, shared printers, and appliance pulls — the surfaces that actually move illness through a small office. Trash and recycling are collected every visit with the streams kept properly separate.

Scheduling is built for professional buildings. Most of our office accounts are serviced after 6:00 PM or before 7:00 AM, nightly or three times a week, with key, code, badge, and building-access protocols documented and a named crew assigned to your suite — the same faces, not whoever was free. We carry general liability and workers' compensation and provide certificates of insurance for landlords who require them.
